StayLedger Privacy Policy

Keep a reviewable offline ledger of stay evidence before the timeline stops making sense.
1. Product scope
- Record real stay intervals in an offline ledger
- Attach local evidence such as boarding passes, bookings, tickets, receipts, or screenshots
- Review missing evidence, overlap issues, and overstay risk
- Check future itineraries against 90/180 logic and export a local review bundle
The current version also keeps the following boundaries:
- Not legal advice and does not guarantee visa or entry outcomes
- No connection to government, airline, hotel, or third-party systems
- The current repo is a closed-loop core and documentation pack, not a production iOS shell yet
2. How we handle information
The current version is designed around a local-first, low-ops model. Unless a feature explicitly requires it, the product does not depend on developer-operated servers, accounts, cloud sync, or cross-device hosting.
Information you enter, organize, export, or review in the app is handled around the local workflow you intentionally trigger. If you later share, save, or import the results into another service, that destination handles the data under its own rules.
3. Permissions
- File import access: only when you explicitly choose local materials to organize
4. Third parties and tracking
The current version is not built around ads, profiling, cross-app tracking, or a heavy third-party backend. If a future release changes that boundary, this page will be updated before the release goes live.
